We'd like to
thank
everybody who has leant their support to this project.
From those like Dave Johnson whose endless enthusiasm and moral support
has got us to this stage to Ralf Loader and family who loaned their
barn to get the pattern making moving in the early days and to Alex’s
dad, Frank Briggs for giving us the run of the farm workshops.
Neal’s parents Des and Liz Pawson for their endless supply of hot
meals, accommodation and not least the fantastic rope work that went
into producing our bow nets.
We really appreciated the working holidays of Lucia Delvechio the crazy
Italian doctor, Jan Bachman the sleeper from Kiel University and Ollie
Taylor the swimmer who's boat building apprenticeship with Bungy
started at birth. These visits helped keep the mushrooms sane!
To Sam, Dave, Alex, Mike and Tom from Solent University’s Yacht
Manufacturing and Surveying course. We hope you gained something and
your fingerprints have grown back from your time helping with the boat.
This is a very brief list, it could be very long if we included the
cars and tools loaned , boats towed and humped around the farm,
proposals and budgets proofed, and free consultations given. Everyone
who has helped knows who they are and we’ll be eternally grateful.
We look forward to taking you all sailing in ’06
Thanks again.
